Compound ERP improves transparency, data quality and control in formulation based process manufacturing. The system maps the entire chain digitally: from raw material purchasing through formulation, production and stock to sales and shipping.

Batch and container management is at the core. Own batches and supplier batches are tracked together, including best before dates, and can be traced in both directions. This meets traceability requirements such as those of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002.

Price transparency goes down to the individual batch: price components are precalculated through rules and adjusted along the value chain, for example by freight costs. Documents such as delivery notes or certificates of analysis are created within the process and stored with the right object.
